What was the most surprising information about affairs and cheating for you? What did you think before? Was there any information that is particularly pertinent to you in "affair-proofing" your marriage?

Were you surprised at how parallel the "betrayal" processes were between actual affairs and watching porn? How do you see porn watching now, that is different from how you saw it before?

Besides affairs there are 10 other ways that Gottman has identified as betrayal in a marriage. When you assess yourself, which of those areas are you doing pretty well? Which of them do you need to work on? [1. conditional commitment, 2. non-sexual affair, 3. lying, 4. forming a coalition agains your partner, 5.
